Frequently Asked Questions
First find the bag you want. Once you’ve done this add the item to your cart and follow the prompts to place and pay for your order. We’ll contact you soon after that to confirm your order and make delivery!
Once you’ve picked the bag you’d like, add it to your shopping cart. You can then checkout and pay with debit or credit card via Payfast’s secure payment platform, or via EFT.
We deliver all over South Africa via courier. If you live in Cape Town you can also arrange to collect the bag yourself.
Delivery to an address in the Western Cape is R75. To other parts of South Africa it is R100. Collection is free from our office in Cape Town.
As soon as we’ve contacted you and we’ve received your payment we will ship your bag. This usually takes 6 to 10 days from when you’ve paid for your order.
If there’s a material defect with your bag that we’ve overlooked we will gladly replace it or refund your money. Send us some photos of the problem via email and we’ll start arranging to have the bag returned via courier.
In the case of a material defect with your bag, for sure! If you’re not happy with your bag and you’d like to replace it for some other reason, you can simply courier it back to us in the original packaging and we’ll either refund you or replace the bag.
